NAHMA has been informed that HUD's Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) has postponed all inspections for Multi-Family, Public Housing, and Service Mortgagee properties until further notice.
NAHMA has been informed that HUD's Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) has postponed all inspections for Multi-Family, Public Housing, and Service Mortgagee properties until further notice. This message is also provided on REAC's Technical Assistance Center (TAC) hotline. NAHMA is very appreciative of our HUD partners timely response. This was a request members raised to REAC leadership, during Monday's REAC/NSPIRE conference session.Below is the email REAC provided inspectors
NAHMA will keep members updated on the resumption of physical inspections.
