HUD's Office of Multifamily Housing published Coronavirus-related Questions & Answers for stakeholders, including Owners and Management agents. We have added the Q&As and the following guidance to NAHMA's Coronavirus Information and Resources website:
  In addition to the updates, NAHMA has also contacted the leadership at the Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) and the Office of Multifamily Housing to request a suspension of physical inspections in areas hit hard by the virus.  Once we hear back from HUD leadership, we will update members on their decision.
