This message acts as closure to RHIIP Listserv #418, posted February 13, 2019. The Multifamily Help Desk is available effective June 3, 2019.
Multifamily Housing Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) system Owners and Agents (O/As) may proceed in submitting requests for assistance by email at MF_EIV@hud.gov or by phone at:
- 470-691-0115; or
- 800-767-7588; or
- 888-297-8689 and selecting option five.
We have been informed that all previously submitted emails and EIV coordinator requests for certification or recertification have been completed. If you have an outstanding request that was not addressed during the absence of the help desk, please resubmit the request with high priority.
