NAHMA HUD Update: HUD update regarding Retro-Active Gross Rent Changes not processing in TRACS at this time
HUD's Office of Multifamily Housing Programs has posted the "Final TRACS GRC Industry Notification.” The attached notification includes recommended next steps regarding the retro-active gross rent changes (GRC) issue. You can also view the update online here.
