NAHMA HUD Update: Integrated Subsidy Error Reporting System (iSERS ) Conference Call
Below, please find information from HUD regarding an upcoming conference call regarding the Integrated Subsidy Error Reporting System (iSERS) implementation schedule:
Integrated Subsidy Error Reporting System (iSERS )
Implementation Schedule
The integrated Subsidy Error Reporting System (iSERS), formally known as the Error Tracking Log, measures the dollar impact of corrections of identified income and rent deficiencies reported to HUD. The program objectives are to:
* detect and reduce errors in income and rent calculations
* reduce rent underpayments and/or overpayments of residents
* maximize participation of low-income families
Data error reporting targets future training, guidance and enforcement in areas where most of the errors are occurring. Additionally, the reporting monitors program administrators and ensures subsidy payments are being calculated correctly, all of which contribute in accountability to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).

This conference call is to finalize iSERS implementation schedule and lay out the tasks and activities to efficiently deliver iSERS from development or pilot stage to the production, operations and maintenance environment.
