The State of the Nation's Housing Report
For the 30th consecutive year, the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies (JCHS) has produced its annual State of the Nation's Housing report. This NAHMAnalysis provides NAHMA members with relevant affordable housing data and information, as they were provided by the JCHS staff in their Fact Sheets, Interactive Chart, and Full Report.
The State of the Nation's Rural Housing Portfolio
Earlier this year, the Housing Assistance Council (HAC) released a report on the USDA multi-family housing portfolio to identify the need and propose solutions to preserve this aging portfolio. This NAHMAnalysis highlights relevant data and information, as provided by HAC in its report and interactive maps of rural America.
Housing America's Older Adults
In its most recent report, Housing America's Older Adults 2018, Harvard's Joint Center for Housing Studies (JCHS) outlines the challenges faced by seniors, including cost burden, shortfall of housing assistance, and impact of natural disasters. This NAHMAnalysis highlights key data and information on seniors from the JCHS report for NAHMA members who work to provide affordable housing to America's older adults.
