Multifamily Posts MAP Guide Chapter Revisions Posted to Drafting Table for Comments
The Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) Guide is designed to establish uniform national standards for approved Lenders to prepare, process and submit loan applications for Federal Housing Administration (FHA) multifamily mortgage insurance.
Today, the Office of Multifamily Housing Programs is seeking feedback from stakeholders regarding revisions to MAP Guide Chapter 1, Chapter 2, Appendix 2, Chapter 10, Chapter 15, and Appendix 15. The revised chapters have been posted to the Multifamily Drafting Table.
