This year, SAHMA established the Affordable Housing Advocate Award to honor and recognize Legislators and other Industry Partners who have demonstrated great leadership, support, and commitment to affordable housing.

On Wednesday, SAHMA President Jim Nasso, Past President Reese Quick, and Executive Director Daria Jakubowski met with Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) to present him with the award at his office in Washington, DC.
