Multifamily Housing Plans to Announce Funding Opportunities

In Fiscal Year 2024, the Agency is preparing to announce Notice of Solicitation of Applications (NOSA) for the Section 514 & Section 516 Off-Farm Labor Housing (FLH), and the Multifamily Preservation and Revitalization (MPR) programs.  The order of release will include:

• Section 514 & 516 Off-Farm Farm Labor Housing Repair tentatively scheduled for release in Spring 2024.
• Section 514 & 516 Off-Farm Farm Labor Housing New Construction tentatively scheduled for release in late Spring 2024.
• Multifamily Preservation and Revitalization Program tentatively scheduled for release in Summer 2024.

Additional information will be forthcoming on Section 515 subsequent loans.

An official announcement on all opportunities will be released via GovDelivery at the time each NOSA is posted in the Federal Register. In addition, future industry engagement opportunities regarding funding rounds, including Stakeholder Workshops and Stakeholder Listening Sessions, will also be provided at a later time.
