Technical Correction: FY2023 FHIP Private Enforcement Initiative NOFO
To all applicants and parties interested in the FY2023 Fair Housing Initiatives Program (FHIP) Private Enforcement Initiative (PEI) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO):
Please be advised that a Technical Correction was made to the PEI NOFO on November 17, 2023.
The Technical Correction changes the maximum individual award cap of $400,000 per year to $425,000 per year for new PEI awardees. This correction ensures consistency with the funding amount awarded to second and third year PEI grantees originally funded in FY2021 and FY2022.
In addition, because of this correction, the application due date for the PEI NOFO is extended to December 18, 2023, to permit applicants additional time to submit their applications. Applicants who previously applied must submit a new application if they want to request an increased funding amount.
The PEI Technical Correction can be accessed by clicking on the "Version History" tab at the top of the grant opportunity page and the updated PEI NOFO can be accessed by clicking the "Full Announcement" link on the "Related Documents" tab.
