HUD Announces Transaction to Transform Over 950 Affordable Rental Homes in The Bronx

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is announcing today that it recently closed a transaction to rehabilitate and preserve 983 affordable rental homes at the New York City Housing Authority's (NYCHA) Union Avenue Consolidated property.
