The TRACS Industry Working Group will review and respond to issues raised by stakeholders during the comment period before issuing a final TRACS Release 203A MAT Guide ruling. However, the comment process is not a vote. One well-written comment can outweigh many poorly written or form-letter comments. Therefore, a single comment that provides constructive suggestions backed by evidence will likely influence the final instructions and may even elicit a request for additional information.
