HUD Announces $73 Million to Aid Veterans Experiencing Homelessness
Today, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced the Fiscal Year 2023 HUD-Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) Summer Registration of Interest (ROI), which makes available approximately $73 million for Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) to assist homeless veterans. HUD estimates this funding will support up to 7,500 new HUD-VASH vouchers.
Today, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced the Fiscal Year 2023 HUD-Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) Summer Registration of Interest (ROI), which makes available approximately $73 million for Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) to assist homeless veterans. HUD estimates this funding will support up to 7,500 new HUD-VASH vouchers.
