NAHMA HUD Update: CNA e-Tool Training for Needs Assessors & Lenders; Register by Sept. 15

HUD announced a series of one-day trainings for the Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) e-Tool to be held across the country.
The Office of Multifamily Housing will be providing 11 training sessions for needs assessors and lenders at HUD offices throughout the country from September through October. These trainings will provide users with hands-on training on the CNA e-Tool and related instructions for performing a capital needs assessment.
The training is intended for lenders and third-party assessors associated with a multifamily housing program. Due to limited seating, each organization will be limited to two individuals per location.
HUD has released the following initial schedule of trainings:

|Kansas City, KS||October 24, 2017|

|Boston, MA||October 31, 2017|
|Detroit, MI||October 31, 2017|
|Fort Worth, TX||October 31, 2017|
All sessions will be held from 9am - 4:30pm. Due to limited availability, participants are encouraged to register by September 15, 2017. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email once your enrollment has been approved.
