NAHMA Update: Proposed Duty to Serve 2022-2024 Underserved Market Plans Listening Sessions (July 17-19)

Please find below an invitation from the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) to participate in a public listening session regarding the proposed Duty to Serve 2022-2024 Underserved Market Plans.

FHFA Duty to Serve Listening Sessions July 17-19: FHFA invites you to register for the 2023 Duty to Serve Public Listening Sessions.  The listening sessions will be an opportunity to hear from stakeholders sharing their views and recommendations on the Enterprises' next Duty to Serve Underserved Markets Plans as they begin preparing for plan cycle 2025-2027.

The Duty to Serve Listening Sessions will be held on:

  • Monday, July 17th – Topic: Future Activities in the Rural Housing Market
  • Tuesday, July 18th – Topic: Future Activities in the Manufactured Housing Market
  • Wednesday, July 19th – Topic: Future Activities in the Affordable Housing Preservation Market

To register, click here.  Each session will begin at 1:00 p.m. EDT and conclude by 3:00 p.m. EDT. You are welcome to attend multiple sessions.

If you are interested in having a speaking opportunity, please let the organizer know when you complete the registration form.
