NAHMA USDA Update: Notice on 2023 Interim Recertification Requirements for RD Tenants
RHS recently published a notice (also attached) in the Federal Register announcing a temporary exception to the tenant income recertification requirements for the Section 515 Rural Rental Housing Program and Section 514 Off-Farm Labor Housing Program.
