The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) today announced a package of 29 regulatory and administrative waivers aimed at helping communities in Mississippi accelerate their recovery from severe storms, straight-line winds, and tornadoes.

Results of the 2022 Multi-Family Housing Annual Fair Housing Occupancy Report

RD has recently issued an Unnumbered Letter, Results of the 2022 Multi-Family Housing Annual Fair Housing Occupancy Report (also attached), which includes both Sec. 515 Rural Rental Housing and Sec. 514 Farm Labor Housing properties. The results are based on October 2022 data from the Multi-Family Integrated System database and the report presents data from the years 2020 to 2022.

The “Section 515 Subsequent Loan Program – FY 2023” webinar, initially scheduled on March 23, 2023, was cancelled due to a system-wide technical outage at Rural Development. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this cancellation may have caused. The postponed Section 515 Subsequent Loan Stakeholder Information Session has been rescheduled and will now be held on Thursday, March 30, 2023, from 2:00-3:00 PM ET.
