NAHMA HUD Update: HUD Provides Two Anti-Sexual Harassment Forums

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced that it will host two virtual training forums for the HUD Fair Housing Initiatives Program and Fair Housing Assistance Program agencies. These forums will focus on effective strategies to address sexual harassment in housing and will be conducted through HUD’s National Fair Housing Training Academy (NFHTA).

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) issued Revenue Ruling 2020-14, which provides various prescribed rates for federal income tax purposes, including applicable federal interest rates, adjusted applicable federal interest rates, and adjusted long-term and tax-exempt rates for July 2020.
