Four recently published notices from HUD’s Office of Public and Indian Housing, titled PH HCV and Native Programs COVID-19 Waiver Summary Chart; Addressing Tenant Concerns Regarding Rent and the Temporary Suspension of Evictions for Nonpayment of Rent; CARES Act-HCV Program Administration Fees; and Implementation of Supplemental Guidance to the Federal FY2020 Operating Fund Appropriations.

Webinar: Multifamily Properties and COVID-19 - May 4, 2020

This webinar will focus on cleaning and disinfecting to protect individuals residing in HUD-assisted multifamily properties.  A representative from HUD’s Multifamily Housing in conjunction with representatives from the CDC and Washington State Dept. of Health will deliver presentations on their interim guidance on facility cleaning when  a person with coronavirus infection is present or suspected.
