Propane final rule - Federal Register link

HUD published a rule, effective February 24, 2020 that is modifying 24 CFR Part 51 Subpart C, to allow HUD-assisted projects, as defined at 24 CFR 51.201, near stationary aboveground propane storage tanks with water gallon capacities of 1,000 gallons or less provided the tanks comply with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Code 58 (2017 or later).
