It takes the expertise of the service coordinator, the property manager and the maintenance professional to build a community of mutual respect and support. This happens as communications become open within the staff and the staff and residents understand boundaries. An environment with mutual understanding may create an atmosphere where staff and residents feel safe in their communications.
