SAHMA is committed to providing a stellar experience for all participants and strives to create full access to conference activities for all attendees. Accessibility accommodations relating to mobility, hearing, vision, or other areas may be provided. Please reach out to the SAHMA staff regarding accessibility concerns or requests. Onsite requests will be accommodated to the best of our ability; however, available resources may be limited.

- Dietary Restrictions: We ensure that SAHMA events offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free food options.
