SAHMA is committed to providing a stellar experience for all participants and strives to create full access to conference activities for all attendees. Accessibility accommodations relating to mobility, hearing, vision, or other areas may be provided. Please reach out to the SAHMA staff regarding accessibility concerns or requests. Onsite requests will be accommodated to the best of our ability; however, available resources may be limited.

    • Guest rooms for attendees staying in the Louisville Marriott Downtown are available with accessible lowered amenities including shower wands, electrical outlets, deadbolts, viewports, toilets, vanities, and night guards 
    • Guest rooms for attendees staying in the Louisville Marriott Downtown are available with bathrooms outfitted with bathtub grab rails, bathtub seats, roll in showers, and transfer showers
  • Accessible Areas with Accessible Routes from Public Entrance
    • Entrance to On-Site Fitness Center is Accessible
    • Main Entrance is Accessible
    • Meeting Spaces are Accessible

  • Dietary Restrictions: We ensure that SAHMA events offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free food options. Buffets will have menu labels items clearly indicating ingredients and/or accommodations. If you have questions regarding specific dietary restrictions, please contact the SAHMA Office.
