- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- COS, BOS, CPO, or TCS certifications are preferred.
- Prior experience as a Regional or Area Manager is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in affordable housing is preferred.
- Frequent travel will be required for this position both local and overnight.
