The Occupancy Coordinator will work directly with the Community Manager in maintaining the Waitlist at the Section 8 community to which they have been assigned. The Occupancy Coordinator will be responsible for timely completing and approving initial move-in files, interims, and annual recertifications required by the residing regulatory body.
