Effective May 1, 2010, a new version of the Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plan (AFHMP)Plan was implemented. When an owner/agent is required to submit a new AFHMP (currently required to review and/or update the plan at least every 5 years - current policy) the new version of the form MUST be submitted.
