NAHMA HUD Update: DUNS Number Registration and Annual Re-Activation Procedures

Below, please find a reminder from HUD with regard to keeping DUNS registrations up to date to avoid missing a rental assistance payment. Multifamily owners and agents must re-activate their DUNS number annually in the SAM system to avoid subsidy payment interruptions.

NAHMA HUD Update: VAWA Guidance issued for PHAs and Owners in Public Housing, HCV, and Mod Rehab programs

HUD recently released guidance on the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013. The notice provides guidance for Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) and owners on the requirements of implementing the VAWA Final Rule (published in November 2016) in HUD housing programs.
